Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Sekelo Growth Partners loan application portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be a registered business entity in South Africa
• Have a valid CIPC registration or business registration number
• Be authorized to represent and bind the business entity
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Be at least 18 years of age

Loan Application Process

1. Application Submission: You may submit a loan application through our online portal. Submission does not guarantee approval.

2. Information Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete. False or misleading information may result in application rejection or legal action.

3. Credit Checks: By submitting an application, you authorize us to conduct credit checks, verify your information, and contact credit bureaus.

4. Decision Timeline: We aim to provide a decision within 48 hours but reserve the right to take longer if additional information or verification is required.

Loan Terms

If your application is approved:

• Loan amount, interest rate, fees, and repayment terms will be specified in a loan agreement
• You must review and digitally sign the loan agreement before funds are disbursed
• Funds will be transferred to your designated business bank account
• Repayment obligations begin as specified in the loan agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees and affect your credit rating

Fees and Charges

All fees, charges, and interest rates will be clearly disclosed in your loan agreement before you sign. These may include:

• Interest charges (calculated based on loan amount and term)
• Origination or processing fees
• Late payment fees (if applicable)
• Early repayment fees (if applicable)

User Account

When you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Document Uploads

You retain ownership of all documents uploaded to our portal. By uploading documents, you grant us a license to use, process, and store them for the purpose of evaluating your loan application and complying with legal requirements.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Provide false or fraudulent information
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of our system
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Sekelo Growth Partners and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sekelo Growth Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
